Bomberman Multi
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Machinez Design LLC ("Machinez Design," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you install or use the Bomberman Multi mobile game (the "Game").
Effective and last updated: August 2, 2026
1. Information we handle
| Category | Examples | Why it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Player profile and game data | Your chosen display name, anonymous player identifier, leaderboard score, kills, match and round results. | To identify your profile in the Game, operate leaderboards, and provide game progression and results. |
| Multiplayer and network data | Lobby and match identifiers, join or invite codes, connection metadata, approximate network location, IP address, and session events. | To create and join matches, relay network traffic, invite friends, maintain synchronization, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot connectivity. |
| Device and diagnostics data | Device type, operating-system and app version, language, crash or error details, performance data, and technical identifiers. | To keep the Game compatible, reliable, secure, and performant. |
| Advertising and consent data | Advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse location inferred from IP, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, and your privacy or consent choices. | To request, limit, personalize where permitted, measure, and protect advertising, and to comply with privacy choices. |
| Data stored on your device | Game settings, local preferences, cached player-name information, and consent state. | To remember your choices and provide expected game behavior. |
We do not ask you to provide your legal name, postal address, payment-card details, precise location, contacts, photographs, or microphone recordings through the Game.
2. How information is collected
- From you, such as when you choose or update a player display name and make privacy choices.
- Automatically, when the Game communicates with multiplayer, leaderboard, authentication, advertising, and diagnostic services.
- From service providers, when they return authentication status, match information, leaderboard results, ad availability, or consent status.
3. How we use information
- Provide anonymous authentication, online matchmaking, private matches, invitations, and synchronized gameplay.
- Display player names and calculate leaderboards using player kills.
- Remember settings and privacy choices.
- Serve and measure a limited number of banner and interstitial ads.
- Detect fraud, invalid ad traffic, cheating, abuse, and security incidents.
- Diagnose crashes, connection failures, and performance problems.
- Comply with applicable law, consent requirements, and platform policies.
4. Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed for the purposes described above, including with:
- Unity Technologies, through Unity Authentication, Leaderboards, Lobby, Relay, and Multiplayer services. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
- Google, through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), the User Messaging Platform, Google Play, and related fraud-prevention and measurement services. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may classify personalized advertising or disclosure of advertising identifiers as "sharing" or a "sale." Where required, the Game requests consent or provides privacy controls before eligible advertising processing occurs.
5. Advertising and your choices
The Game uses Google AdMob. Ad availability and personalization depend on your region, age eligibility, device settings, consent choices, and Google's policies. Where required, the Game displays a consent message and a Privacy option on the main menu. You can use that option to revisit available choices.
You can also reset or limit your device advertising identifier through your Android privacy settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily remove all ads; ads may still be selected using limited contextual information.
6. Retention
Local preferences remain on your device until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall it. Player-profile and leaderboard information may be retained while the related anonymous account and Game service remain active, and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute resolution, backups, and legal compliance. Temporary lobby, relay, and match data is generally kept only as long as needed to operate and protect multiplayer sessions. Our providers may retain information according to their own policies.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, email djenad@machinezdesign.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that a request relates to you or your Game profile. Deleting Game data may remove leaderboard history and may prevent some online features from functioning.
8. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No networked service can guarantee absolute security. Machinez Design and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the Game, its store listing, or another appropriate channel.
