Privacy Policy

Information stored by the game

Jigsaw Snapscape does not require an account and does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.

Your level progress, stars, coins, hints, and game preferences are stored locally on your device. Machinez Design does not receive this local gameplay data. You can delete it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and automatically collected information

Jigsaw Snapscape uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to offer optional rewarded ads and to show an occasional interstitial ad at a natural break after every ten completed levels. Watching two rewarded ads is one way to receive an in-game hint. Google may automatically collect and share:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• app interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
• diagnostic and performance information; and
• device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID.

Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Depending on your location, the game may display a Google consent form before requesting ads and may provide privacy choices.

Your choices

Rewarded ads are optional. You can keep playing and use coins earned in the game for hints instead of watching rewarded ads. Occasional interstitial ads may appear between levels. Where required, privacy options in the game let you review or change advertising consent choices. Android also lets you reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings.

Data retention and deletion

Machinez Design does not operate a user account system or server-side gameplay database for Jigsaw Snapscape. Local game data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Information handled by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and your Google account or device privacy controls.

If you contact us, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal, or security purposes. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us, subject to legal retention requirements.

Children's privacy

Jigsaw Snapscape is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address the request.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled by the game. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, our service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
